Being plus size and 6’0 tall, I was always cast in roles that I didn’t identify with.
I never saw people who looked like me reflected on screen the way I wanted to. As an actor, performer and creator, I am on a mission to create and star in the stories I needed to see growing up. We need to see a plus size superhero, we need to see a plus size romantic lead, we need to see plus size bodies in all roles commanding the screen…not just a before photo in a weight-loss ad.

As a theatrically trained, musical theatre obsessed actress, my career started in my bedroom singing show tunes (with costume changes!) Years of vocal and theatrical training later, I am now a Los Angeles based performer looking to continue to change the narrative through media.
